Right of Return
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- custom-made or personalized products,
- outlet or discounted items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- return the item you have purchased,
- once the return is approved, place a new order.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
Regardless of the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.
In cases where the return is the result of our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our fault.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipment.
